Beth Chapman (born Alice Elizabeth Smith) was an American producer, actress, bond slave and bounty hunter. She was the wife of famous bounty hunter Duane Chapman aka Dog.
Beth has served as an actress and producer for several films and television series, including Dog the Bounty Hunter (2003), Hawaii Five-0 (2010) and Corner Gas (2004). She was elected president of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States in 2016.

Beth announced that she was diagnosed with stage II throat cancer on September 14, 2017, after months of a persistent cough. Her partner Dog chose to share the story with fans. Dog confirmed on June 26, 2019 on Twitter, writing, “It’s 5:32 a.m. in Hawaii, that’s when she was waking up to hike Koko Head. Today alone, she walked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. We meet on the other side.

Beth appeared alongside her husband on the television series Dog the Bounty Hunter. Dog the Bounty Hunter ran from 2004 to 2012. It followed Dog, the bounty hunter himself and his wife Beth.
