Beth Chapman (born Alice Elizabeth Smith) was an American producer, actress, bond slave and bounty hunter. She was the wife of famous bounty hunter Duane Chapman aka Dog.

Beth has served as an actress and producer for several films and television series, including Dog the Bounty Hunter (2003), Hawaii Five-0 (2010) and Corner Gas (2004). She was elected president of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States in 2016.
