BERNARDO PANTOJA: AGE, PARTNER AND BIOGRAPHY OF ANABEL PANTOJA’S FATHER
Bernardo Pantoja is the controversial brother of Isabel Pantoja and father of Anabel Pantoja . Although it is not usual to see him in the press giving statements, he is a character persecuted by the gossip. We find out her age from him, her partner from him and her biography from him.
He was born 69 years ago in Seville, in the bosom of the family of Juan Pantoja Cortés and Ana María Martín. He has four siblings: Isabel, Juan Antonio and Agustín. He is the only one who has not dedicated himself to show business, since Juan Antonio was a guitarist and Agustín had a great career as a singer in the 80s and 90s.
WHAT DOES BERNARDO PANTOJA DO?

BERNARDO PANTOJA’S COUPLE
At the age of 33, he married Mercedes Bernal, whom we all know as Merchi thanks to her appearances on television with her daughter Anabel. She was an official from Seville with whom he had her only daughter, although the couple separated at the age of six. Bernardo’s family positioned itself against him and they always showed themselves together with Merchi.
It was not until the year 2000 when he could be seen with María Ángeles Gómez, better known as Ángela la torera. His link with the bullfighting world and friendship with Isabel Pantoja brought them together, but that relationship did not come to anything serious.
In 2018, he married Junco, his current wife, a Japanese woman with whom he has had a relationship of almost 20 years. The wedding took place in complete secrecy, without Bernardo’s family knowing anything, including his daughter Anabel. Everyone found out when the press made it public to everyone’s surprise.
HEALTH PROBLEMS AND WHY HE HAD A LEG AMPUTATED
Bernardo Pantoja has had major health problems for years. In 2006 he was stabbed several times as he left a bar in the Triana neighborhood, an incident from which he recovered and thanks to which he had a relationship with his sister Isabel again.
His most serious problems came because of diabetes, and it was in 2017 when the doctors had to amputate his leg. Since then, the image of Anabel Pantoja’s father on crutches or in a wheelchair despite wearing a prosthesis.
