Ben Kingsley was born on December 31, 1943, in Snainton, England, as Krishna Pandit Bhanji. Kingsley is the son of mother Anna Lyna Mary Goodman and his father is Rahimtulla Harji Bhanji. His mother was a model and actress and his father was a doctor. Kingsley grew up in Pendlebury, near Manchester, along with his parents.
