He was born in 1970 in the Asturian town of Avilés, although he spent his childhood and adolescence in Gijón. From a very young age he was clear that he wanted to dedicate himself to the world of entertainment, so at only 19 years old he moved to Madrid to study Dramatic Art and Ballet.

In addition to her facet as an actress, Beatriz Rico has also achieved success in recent years with the group Rico and Roll.
