Personal trainer

Bear has always been physically agile, but it wasn’t until after training with Natalie Summers that he discovered a revolutionary approach to fitness. His training regimen consisted of kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and primary stretching in short, high-intensity workouts, all done over a 30-minute span.

It helped build its function and form as quickly as it found itself slimmer, stronger, and more flexible. The intense workouts helped him build a resilient physique with improved heart and lung capacities during exercise, as well as a higher VO2 peak, which is a measure of maximal oxygen uptake during strenuous workouts.

Like most people, he struggled with eating healthy as the good things rarely tasted. So he experimented with many recipes that were nutritious and kept him energized and active throughout the day.

A big step in that direction was replacing pasta, milk, cheese, sugar, and bread with healthier alternatives like quinoa, oat milk, nutritional yeast, dates, and raw bread ingredients. He also opted for meat and fish that are organic and lean. He also follows an 80/20 rule in which 80% of his diet is healthy and he allows himself cheat days for the remaining 20%, which occasionally includes alcohol.
