BBNaija S6: Why I see Pere as a ‘fake brother’ – ex-housemate Yerins

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye ex-housemate, Yerins, has revealed that he sees Pere as a ‘fake brother’ because the latter used his Wildcard privilege to put him up for eviction.

Yerins disclosed this in a live interview with PUNCH Online on Wednesday, following his eviction from the show on Sunday.

The first evicted housemate said that he felt a bit betrayed by Pere as they were both from Bayelsa and still, Pere went ahead to nominate him for eviction, hence tagging Pere as a ‘fake brother’.

He said,

“The crazy thing is, Pere told me that he didn’t nominate me on that day. I don’t want to speak badly about Pere because we are both from the same place, Bayelsa, and I see him as a brother. Though I see him as a very ‘fake brother’ but he’s a brother nonetheless.

“People are saying some things about him being fake but I can see why because of the deliberate actions he takes to make himself like that.

“I hope he’s just trying to play the game. I hope he knows that there are going to be consequences. Of course, it’s probably going to bring him fame.

“But it’s Big Brother, those things interest the platform but at the same time, one day you’ll leave the platform and will want to build trust with people and if you portray yourself like that, it’s going to affect you so that’s just something I’ll like to advise him on.”
