#BBNaija: Meet Maria of one the Wildcards in BBNaija Shine Your Eyes

Yesterday The Big Brother generated a lot of reactions online after revealing that Maria  & Pere as the ‘wildcards’ in the BBNaija 2021 Shine Ya Eye Edition.

Wildcards are fake housemates of the show whose only purpose is to provide entertainment and serve as pawns of Big Brother in the House.

Maria Chike Agueze is a 29-year-old former air hostess and model turned realtor. Dubai-based Maria is planning to spice things up in the Big Brother Naija House by making all the boys fall in love with her.

She enjoys cooking, exercising, hiking, acting, and dancing. Maria prides herself on being a loving and kind-hearted individual who is always looking for new adventures. Her travels have taken her around the world and to all continents, except Antarctica.

Though she speaks of herself as “a symbol of love in human form”, people are often shocked by her stern side when they cross her or take her for granted. “I can get extreme when disrespected to the fullest”.

Having a go-getter attitude is one of her favorite character traits. Despite being hard-working, Maria enjoys having a glass of red wine when she needs a break

During a special Diary Session with Housemates on Thursday, Biggie asked Maria and Pere how they feel knowing they are the ‘wildcards’.

Maria told biggie during her dairy session that, she is not happy lying to the rest of the housemates. She said the housemates are “very lovely people” and “there are great friendships that could be formed” from the house, therefore, she is not too happy lying to them.

She, however, admitted she is proud of herself for playing the game well, as she is bad at lying. But she added that she is not too sure if the housemates will not be able to figure her out.

If the housemates are able to figure out that Maria and Pere are the wild cards, they will be leaving the house come Sunday, but if they are unable to guess right, the two will be staying.
