BBNaija: List of Past Winners Of Big Brother Naija
Check out the List of BBNaija Past Winners and Runner-ups the Big Brother Naija reality show has produced since its inception in 2006.
Big Brother Naija reality show on Sunday, added to its list of winners after the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition of the show was concluded following 72 days of drama in the house.
The reality show in the past few years has produced six winners who are doing well in their chosen line of business and industry.
The likes of Katung Aduwak who won the first edition of the show, Efe Ejeba, Miracle Igbokwe and many others know what it feels like to be winners of the highly streamed show.
Whitemoney on Sunday joined the list of winners after clinching a grand prize of 90 million Naira after defeating Liquorose during the live eviction show.

KATUNG ADUWAK
Katung Aduwak was the winner of the premier edition of the Big Brother Nigeria reality TV show aired in 2006 for a duration of 92days. Francisca Owumi, a 21-year-old student emerged as the Runner-up
The Big Brother Naija Season 1 show which was anchored by Olisa Adibua and Michelle Dede, had 14 housemates contesting for a grand prize of $100,000.
At the time, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was a participant – the most popular housemate – widely predicted to win the show. Unfortunately, he was evicted on day 57.
Aduwak hails from Zonkwa, Kaduna State, Nigeria and is a scriptwriter, producer and director as well as a graduate of Political Science.
MICHAEL EJIBA
Michael Ejeba, popularly known as Efe was the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 2 in 2017, 11years after the first season. Bisola Aiyeola, a 32-year-old Lagos-based single mother emerged as the Runner-up.
Big Brother Naija Season 2 tagged “See Gobbe” was hosted by ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. It lasted for 78days with a total of 14 housemates contesting for a grand prize of N25,000,000.
Efe is a Nigerian singer, media personality, songwriter, and rapper.
MIRACLE IGBOKWE
Miracle Igbokwe, a Nigerian pilot and model from Imo State, emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 3 in 2018. Together with him was Cee-C Nwadiora who emerged as the runner-up.
BBNaija Season 3 tagged “Double Wahala” was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. The show lasted for a duration of 85days with a total of 20 housemates contesting for a grand prize of 45,000,000 Naira.
MERCY EKE
Mercy Eke is the first woman to emerge winner of the Big Brother Naija (Season 4) reality show in 2019. She is a media personality, actress, video vixen and entrepreneur from Imo State. Mercy’s Runner-up is Mike Edwards, a CEO and Athlete born in Manchester.
Big Brother Naija Season 4 was themed “Pepper Dem” and had ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu from season one as the host. It lasted a total of 99days with 21 housemates contesting for a grand prize of 60,000,000 Naira.
LAYCON
Olamilekan Agbeleshebioba, popularly known as Laycon is the winner of Big Brother Naija season 5 in 2020. He is a Nigerian media personality, rapper, singer and songwriter from Ogun State. Following him was

BBNaija Season 5 lasted for 71days with a total of 20 housemates contesting for a grand prize of N85,000,000. Ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu remained as the host for the fourth time in a row.
WHITEMONEY
Hazel Oyeze Onou, fondly called Whitemoney, is the Big Brother Naija Season 6 in 2021. Whitemoney is a Lagos-based hustler who didn’t attend a university. Despite this, he had a good spirit and intelligence that wasn’t to be matched. Liquorose emerged as the Runner-up.
The 6th edition of the reality show is themed ‘Shine Ya Eye’ and Ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu returned as its host for the 5th time in a row.
BBNaija Season 6 lasted for 82days with a total of 26 housemates contesting for a grand prize of N90,000,000
