After buying Tahar Ben Hassine’s shares, she becomes the owner and CEO of Al Hiwar Ettounsi. She is also the mother of two daughters: Khadija and Aicha Fehri.

Biography and Lifestyle of Asma Fehri
Asma Ferhi, the wife of producer and TV presenter, Sami Fehri. Asma Ben Jmiaa is the CEO of El Hiwar Ettounsi TV SA. The decision has been in place since December 2014, following the takeover – from Tahar Ben Hassine – by Sami Fehri and his family of 45% of the capital, which made them the majority shareholders.
In 2012, during her husband’s incarceration, Asma continued to be at her husband’s bedside and came forward with the help of other artists, animators and journalists to demand Sami’s release. In 2015, she became producer of “Malla Chef”, the cooking show broadcast on El Hiwar Ettounsi, presented today by Mayssa Ferchichi.
