As a figure skater, she is on the ice most of the time. Ashley spends 22 hours a week, 5 days a week (about 5½ hours a day) on the ice and training. Also, she does yoga to refresh herself and have a flexible body. Cardio is also important for them. So she runs and swims in the form of cardio.

Ashley also focuses on strength training by taking advice from her trainer.

She doesn’t work with a nutritionist, but does eat healthily and snacks throughout the day like nuts, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. Her breakfast is like an orange juice and a protein bar. She also eats a light lunch like a salad or sandwich, or her favorite chicken quesadillas. Her dinner is sometimes burgers or pasta, etc – it depends on her mood.Ashley also takes iron supplements.She can also cook and sometimes prepares her own food.
