Born on February 21, 1987, in Jacksonville (Florida), Ashley Michele Greene is the daughter of a housewife and a Navy officer. After graduating from high school at the age of 17, she moved to Hollywood ready to make it big. There she shared a flat with two other people, while she worked as a waitress looking for an opportunity. Although she was taking classes at the Lee Strasberg Institute of Interpretation , she initially had no prospects of getting a job as an actress, so she accepted offers to work as a model.
Based on perseverance, Ashley Greeene achieved some tiny role in television series, and finally made her film debut with The King of California , with a minimal character: a client of a hamburger restaurant. While Ashley Greene waits to star in the fourth Twilight installment , she has starred in the sports movie Warrior and the comedy Butter , with Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Garner . It seems that her career is progressing at a good pace.
