BIOGRAPHY D’APRIL BOWLBY
April Bowlby is an American actress best known for portraying Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men (2006-2015) and Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva (2009-2014).
She is known for portraying Kandi, Charlie’s girlfriend, then later as Alan’s girlfriend and second wife, and also Judith’s best friend (for one episode). In season 10, Kandi Harper, after Alan Harper rejects her sexual advances, has a one-night stand with Alan Harper’s girlfriend, Lyndsey McElroy. She played the role of Meg, the obsessive ex-girlfriend of Barney Stinson.
She got the role of Kandi in the TV show Two and a Half Men in 2004 a few months after her first audition. This marked the start of his career. She started acting on the show in 2006. She then got the role of Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva where she starred from 2009 to 2014.
