Angela Paton
Angela Paton’s face is familiar to fans of the Seventh Art, having appeared alongside Bill Murray in “Stuck in Time.” The actress died on May 26, 2016 at the age of 86, according to her nephew George Woolf. Following a heart attack, she was in hospice care at a clinic in Oakland, California.
Born January 11, 1930, in Brooklyn, Angela Paton spent many years as a stage actress in the San Francisco area. Her interest in cinema came late, where she debuted when she was 41 years old with Clint Eastwood , in Dirty Harry . She didn’t return to the big screen until she was past 50, when she had a small role in the first season of the popular series Falcon Crest , and she was a doctor on Deadline .
Despite having started at a mature age in the audiovisual sector, she went on to accumulate 91 credits as an actress. She will be remembered above all as the kind old lady, owner of the pension where the protagonist stayed in A Caught in Time . She subsequently appeared in titles like Night Flight , American Pie. What a wedding! , and the 1997 version of Lolita .
