Cohen began his television career as an intern at CBS News where he rose through the ranks as lead producer on The Early Show, producer for 48 Hours and CBS This Morning. In 2010, he joined the Trio, an American television channel. In 2004, Trio was acquired by Bravo and Andy became the vice president of the network.
Cohen was a regular guest on Today and Morning Joe and co-hosted Live! with Kelly and The View. Cohen began hosting a weekly midnight TV talk show, Watch ‘What Happens Live’ in the summer of 2009, the show later expanded to a weeknight series.
