Andrea Pirlo has a long-standing endorsement deal with sporting goods and apparel company, Nike . He has starred in a number of television commercials for the brand over the years. He has also collaborated with Nike to produce his own line of football boots, dubbed the Tiempo Pirlo. The brand used Pirlo’s love of wine to create the shoes.

His first competitive appearance for Juventus came in Serie A against Parma in a 4-1 win at Juventus Stadium, with Pirlo providing two assists.
