Caroline dans la ville is an American sitcom that airs on the NBC television network. It stars Lea Thompson as cartoonist Caroline Duffy, who lives in Manhattan. The series premiered on September 21, 1995 in the Thursday night ‘Must See TV’ block between Seinfeld and EST .

The show ran for 97 episodes over four seasons before being cancelled; the last episode aired on April 26, 1999. Annie Spadaro Amy – Annie is Caroline’s neighbor across the street and her best friend. She is a dancer in the Broadway production of Cats .She is somewhat confused and this makes her a constant target for Richard’s trickery.
