Amparo Soler Leal
Amparo Soler Leal was the muse of Luis García Berlanga, with whom she worked 8 times, and to a certain extent of Jaime Chávarri and Pilar Miró. She was also considered one of the greats of the Spanish theater scene. The interpreter herself died on October 25, 2013 in Barcelona, at the age of 80, as a result of heart failure.
Born on August 23, 1933 in the capital of Spain, Amparo Soler Leal came from a family of actors, as she is the daughter of Salvador Soler Marí and Milagros Leal , both well-known in the theater.
Following in the footsteps of his parents, Soler Leal made his theater debut at a very young age, at the age of 15, with “Don’t lie to me so much”, a text by Alfonso Paso . She played Margarita, a woman who leaves her husband for a few days to go with her best friend on her vacation.
