‘America’s Got Talent’ Winner Michael Grimm Hospitalized for Mystery Health Issue
Michael Grimm, the winner of season 5 of “America’s Got Talent,” has been hospitalized for a mystery health issue. His wife, Lucie Zolcerva-Grimm, posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday to update fans on his condition. She said that he has been in the hospital since Memorial Day and is currently sedated and in intensive care. She did not provide any further details about his condition.
Grimm, 44, is a blues singer from New Orleans. He won “America’s Got Talent” in 2010 and released his debut album, “Michael Grimm,” the following year. He has since released two more albums, “Michael Grimm II” in 2012 and “Michael Grimm III” in 2014.
Zolcerva-Grimm asked fans to keep Micheal Grimm in their prayers and said that she would provide updates on his condition as soon as she has more information.
Grimm has been feeling unwell for some time, according to his wife. He has been struggling with fatigue and has had trouble finishing recent performances. On Memorial Day, Grimm’s health took a turn for the worse.
