Allison Payne is an American presenter as well as a nine-time Emmy-winning public speaker. She is primarily known for her work on the CW affiliate and cable outlet WGN-TV.

Allison Payne was born on the 12th of February 1964 in Richmond, Virginia, United States of America. Her parents are Dana Payne and Kathryn Payne. Her parents moved north from Detroit, Michigan, when Allison Payne was just five years old.
Allison Payne attended St. Rita’s Catholic Elementary School there. Her parents raised her with great compassion and care.
