Aidan Quinn is an American-Irish actor, producer and director, best known for the film An Early Frost (1985), in which he starred as Michael Pierson, and received his first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Special in 1986 . After that performance, his career skyrocketed and roles in Staking Out (1987), Perfect Witness (1989), The Lemon Sisters (1989) and The Handmaid’s Tale (1990) followed.
