Adeboye rejoices as abducted Redeemed Church members regain freedom
Pastor Enoch Adeboye has on Thursday broke the news that eight of his congregants who were abducted on the Kachia-Kafanchan highway have been released.
The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Enoch Adeboye has on Thursday broke the news that eight of his congregants who were abducted on the Kachia-Kafanchan highway have been released.
Recall that we posted a few days ago that members of RCCG were reportedly kidnapped by gunmen on their way to Kafanchan, in Kaduna, on Friday. Moreso demanded the sum of 50 million for the release of the victims.
However, Adeboye tweeted that the rescued persons have been taken to an undisclosed hospital for a check-up.
“Today I got the exciting news that our brethren who were in the captivity of kidnappers have all been released and taken to the hospital for checkup and tests.
“Glory be to Jesus. We pray for lasting peace in all troubled regions of the country in Jesus name,” he wrote.
