Grandmaison became a BMX rider as a young child and joined a group called ‘Jumper’ which would later become known as ‘No Jumper’. In 2006, Grandmaison launched “The Come Up” website. Which has become one of the most popular BMX websites of all time. He is the store owner OnSomeShit, a BMX bike team and BMX-based clothing line that has a retail store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.

He runs a podcast he calls “No Jumper” The Brand which has now become his full-time business. No Jumper Podcast was originally a blog on Tumblr. It was started by George Potter in 2011 and funded by Grandmaison who was a prolific BMX rider. The blog reviewed early underground artists such as Spaceghostpurrp and Clams Casino, and reviewed obscure Gucci Mane mixtapes, treating the underground with “critical attention”.

He later created OnSomeShit, a BMX bike group and BMX-based clothing line that has a retail store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. In 2017, he hosted the first Trap Circus music festival in Miami, Florida. Through his No Jumper podcast, he has been known to interview emerging talent as well as established rappers.

He interviewed rappers like Lil Yachty, Smokepurpp, Ugly God, 6ix9ine, Suicideboys, Action Bronson and the most famous XXXTentacion in April 2016; the interview received over 9 million views. This was the first official professional interview with Florida rappers who are credited with exposing him to a wide range of audiences. Hot 97’s DJ Peter Rosenberg said he considered Adam 22 “an advanced scout on the lookout for combustible new talent”, while Rolling Stone described him as “underground hip-hop’s major tastemaker”.

The No Jumper YouTube channel had over 518 million total video views and 2.7 million subscribers in March 2019.
