Adam Schiff is an American politician and member of the Democratic Party popularly known for serving in Congress since the year 2011. He is also the United States Representative for California’s 28th congressional district. Adam created the Pasadena Blue Line Authority in 1998. The purpose of the Pasadena Blue Line Authority was to continue the expansion of light rail in Pasadena, California.
