Aaron Kyro is an American social media star, entrepreneur, author, media personality, and professional skateboarder best known for his YouTube channel Braille Skateboarding which has amassed more than 4 million subscribers. He founded the channel on December 26, 2005 to show his passion for skateboarding further than in the small town of Red Lodge, Montana, Northwestern United States. In September 2007, Aaron created a website of the same name: BrailleSkateboarding.com, so that he could share his ideas, experiences and knowledge with other skateboard enthusiasts. The site quickly grew in size due to the strength of the community and its easy-to-follow, step-by-step tips and tricks that have helped both beginners and more advanced skateboarders.

In 2017, Aaron also began promoting and selling his original “Learn to Skate” courses, helping hundreds, if not thousands, of people learn new skills through video tutorials and private skate lessons at his online braille skate university or through to learn a skate camp. Aaron has also expanded his media presence to 2 new YouTube channels, Braille Army in July 2014 with over 500,000 subscribers and Braille Game in March 2017 with over 100,000 subscribers, and started selling his own brand of merchandise. Aaron has also built a large online following with more than 600,000 followers on Instagram and more than 200,000 followers on Facebook.
