Pregnant woman Harira Jibril, the wife of Jubril Ahmed, and her four children were shot dead in Orumba south in Anambra along with some indigenes of Anambra State.

The deceased and her four children were returning home on a motorcycle taxi when gunmen ambushed them – a community leader told BBC

The killing was about 24 hours after gunmen beheaded Okechukwu Okoye, a lawmaker in the state.

Charles Soludo, the governor of the state has reacted to the killing and thereby told the public that there is no targetted ethnicity or religion as pertaining to the killing because Anambra suffered casualties as a result of the unfortunate killing.
