On Thursday, Saka was spotted in Somolu wearing a traditional all-white senator attire as he paid a visit to the Bales of Mercy Orphanage. This orphanage was established to support abandoned and destitute children in Lagos. During his time in Lagos, he also took the opportunity to visit the Nigerian Red Cross Society. In November 2022, Saka generously financed medical procedures for 120 children in Kano State through the youth charity organization, BigShoe.

Saka visited Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the State House in Marina. Sanwo-Olu shared the visit on Twitter and received a signed Saka Jersey.

Sanwo-Olu expressed his excitement about hosting his favorite Arsenal player and being proud of their inspiring run in the Premier League with a young team.

5. Bukayo Saka meets Arsenal fans in Lagos
