5 Nigerian Celebrities who Welcomed their first child in 2021

Like previous years, 2021 has been a blessed and fruitful year for the majority of our Nigerian celebrities, as they become first-time parents and welcome their child into the world.

The following is a list of the top 5 celebrities who had their first child this year:

1. Adesua Etomi and Banky W

Nigerian Actress, Adesua Etomi and Singer Banky W welcomed their first baby child in January 2021, four weeks before Adesua’s birthday, four years after their wedding.

The couple who got married in 2017, named their Hazaiah Olusegun Wellington popularly called Zaiah.

Banky and Adesua shared a video on youtube after the birth of their son explaining how she had two miscarriages during the 4 years of waiting and the whole challenges she went through

2. Kemi Lala-Akindoju

Kemi Lala Akindoju, Nollywood actress, director and producer and Chef Fregz welcomed their first child February 2021. The baby boy was named Adéoreòfé Toritseju Chukwuebuka Fregene, but called Adeore by his parents and lovers of the family.

Lala Akindoju shared the arrival of her first child with her lovely husband in February, the couple got married in 2018.

The good news was announced on the 28th of February 2021 on her Instagram page. She wrote:

“Even if I had ten thousand tongues, it will never be enough to say thank you to the Lord. Our hearts are filled with joy and thanksgiving because our baby boy is finally here,”

3. Gbemi Olateru Olagbegi

Gbemi OO is an On-Air Personality and TV presenter and broadcaster with The Beat 99.9FM. she is married to Femisoro Ajayi, an Artiste and an entrepreneur. The duo also welcomed their first child, a baby girl in February, 2021.

4. Bukunmi Oluwasina

Popular Yoruba Actress, singer, movie producer, Bukunmi Oluwasina is married to Ebun, and they welcomed their first child in March 2021
