300L Unizik student commits suicide over depression

A 300-level student of Business Administration at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University(Unizik), Ebuka Joshua has reportedly committed suicide after taking sniper as confirmed by Unizik Plus, a campus press outfit in the school.

Stories has it that the deceased Ebuka Joshua has been battling with depression from the beginning of this semester following his inability to cope with his studies.

In a WhatsApp message shared with his friend, the deceased said he has been battling with depression following the resumption of Academic activities, after the Academic Staff Union of Universities(ASUU) called off its 8 months old strike.
