William Gutiérrez Levy, better known as William Levy in the world of entertainment, was born on August 29, 1980 in Havana, Cuba. Shortly before his 15th birthday, he went to live legally in the United States, since his stepfather managed to get his family out of Cuba by obtaining political asylum. William would study acting in Miami, then continue his studies in Los Angeles and finally move to Mexico.
