Elian Ángel Valenzuela, better known in the world of musical entertainment under the artistic name of L-Gante , was born on April 5, 2000, in General Rodríguez, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina; He grew up with his mother, since his father was absent from him practically all his life, and he was only able to see him once. He had a difficult childhood, because he used to walk alone in the streets at dawn, and at the young age of 11 he had problems with the police. It would be two years later, when he was 13, that he would discover his passion and vocation for music, and he decided to venture into the world of musical entertainment every time.

“We talked with Papu DJ on Instagram, we talked on WhatsApp, we wanted to do a song, he gave me the track, that RKT track (whose abbreviation means “cumbia with reggaetón”), I saw it as simple. I started to do the song and it was kind of difficult to think about: I was looking for a way around it and looking for a way around it, to start with something catchy. I devastated the Argentine dialogue, badly, which was not what I was trying to put into the subject, but that was it.”

In March 2021,  L-Gante  had the great opportunity to sing a freestyle with the world famous producer Bizarrap, BZRP, who by then had become very famous on YouTube for the collaborations he had made with other exponents of Latin rap and trap. Bizarrap released the song L-Gante || BZRP Music Sessions #38  and this is how Argentina joined a long list of great singers who had had the fortune to sing with BZRP  such as Aczino ,  Polimá WestCoast , Bhavi , Pequeño77 , Frijo , Nicki Nicole , Alemán , Trueno, John C , Dani , Louta , Lucho SSJ , Seven Kayne  among others. Just one day after its premiere, the BZRP song together with L-Gante achieved almost 3 million views and in just one month it had exceeded 100 million. 

However, an event would happen that would be a scandal in the singer’s career, when on the night of Tuesday, March 9, L-Gante was arrested by the police in the province of San Juan, Rawson, the reason for this arrest was that after his visit to various bars , he had caused disturbances on the public highway . Although other versions say that what actually happened is that the artist L-Gante held a meeting with his followers and took many photos without using a chinstrap. This unfortunate event caused some issues that he planned to release to be delayed but ultimately did not have major repercussions on his career.
