Junior H is a famous Mexican singer and songwriter who has become famous thanks to his unique style that fuses corridos with trap and regional Mexican. Junior H was born in the city of Sinaloa, Mexico on February 7, 2000 and is currently one of the great promises of the green corridos.

Beginnings in the life of Junior H

Junior H is a famous singer who has taken off in recent years thanks to his unique style of interpreting and singing, becoming considered one of the greatest exponents of the new wave of corridos in Mexico and the United States.

Despite the fact that he had musical talent in his blood, the singer was very shy and started his career without telling anyone. He used his school notebooks to write his songs and it was thanks to a friend who taught him about production, that he started recording his songs.

The history of Junior H begins in 2018 when he began to upload the songs he recorded to the YouTube video platform with the intention that someone would be interested in his music and sign him, however at the beginning it was very difficult because with the help of his guitar and his voice sang a capella covers of other great artists of the genre but he also began to show that he really also had enough talent to release his own songs composed solely by him and set to music with his guitar.

Deluxe Music Group was the label that supported Junior H from the beginning and that support so that he could crystallize his first great dream, launch a record material that was called “My Life in a Cigar” which was released on Spotify and more. Later it was released on other streaming music platforms such as iTunes, Amazon and Google Play. On the cover of the album “My life in a cigarette” Junior H appeared sitting on the beach watching the sunset, although this whole scene with an illustration made by one of his great friends.

In his first steps in music, Junior H was introduced to great musical themes such as My Life is a Cigar, Zumbando, El Choro, El de la Chevy, Allá por Texas, I have not changed, El güero en placas, El barbero, A los 19 , among others that little by little were consolidating their own success and that made many people know him, but not only people in general but began to attract the attention of other great exponents of music such as Natanael Cano .

Junior H continued to upload more songs to his YouTube and Instagram channel without much budget until in July 2019 he was signed as an exclusive artist by the “Rancho Humilde” label, who not only gave him the necessary support to project his image to unthinkable levels for him but also allowed him to sing with the vast majority of the artists who at that time were also signed with “Rancho Humilde” such as Jesús Ortíz from Legado 7 , René Mejía and Natanael Cano who had positioned himself as one of the most important figures of the label and its strong letter.

In November 2019, Junior H , together with Natanael Cano and Dan Sánchez  , released the album entitled “Corridos Tumbados” which, curiously, was released alongside the debut album “Mi nuevo yo” by Natanael Cano and in just one week both albums had become In the best sellers, as if that were not enough, “Corridos Tumbados” reached No.1 in sales on the prestigious Billboard list in the regional Mexican category, while on the debut album by Natanael Cano Junior H appeared on the song “La Torre NY ”. Something that the singers would certainly not expect was when Rolling Stones magazine chose the 10 best albums of 2019 where, of course, great music figures such as Bad Bunny , Jhay Cortez , Romeo Santos and surprisingly appeared ” Corridos Tumbados ” by Natanael Cano , which undoubtedly made the sales of the album increase again.

Later Junior H teamed up again with Dan Sánchez to release the single “Not everything is work” which was placed as one of the most listened to songs in its opening week and before the end of the year Junior H released “Una Cheyenne 90, La piel rayada, Ella, Jueves 10 y El de la H,” which also meant another success for her promising career. In January 2020, Junior H premiered the song “Lowrider Gee” together with Fuerza Regida, a corrido directed by Lalo the Giant. That same year Junior H released the album “MUSICA ˂3” but only a few months later he would release other, much more successful material.

After the great success achieved with Cruisin’ wit Junior H and his participation in Las 3 Torres with Natanael Cano and Ovi . Junior H released the long-awaited studio album called “Sad Boyz 4 Life” a 75-minute journey into the depths of his sonic universe and experimental sound. The project consisted of 16 songs and only had two collaborations, the song in collaboration with Marca MP and its vocalist  Pedro Vargas called “El Velador” and with Ed Maverick in “Por Dentro”. It also brings together some of the same songwriters from his previous projects. The album managed to be No.1 in sales on the different streaming music platforms.

At the end of 2021 it was announced that Junior H  would be participating in the tour called “2022 Tumbado Mexico Tour” in which he would be sharing credits with other music greats such as Dan Sánchez ,  Justin Morales , Oscar Maydon , Junior H ,  Ovi and Natanael Cano . . The Mexican singer Junior H , who by then was already one of the most relevant exponents of lying down corridos in Mexico, launched the song “Imitan y critican” , under the executive production of Jimmy Humilde and directed by Pantano.
