Who is Carolina Ross?

Carolina Ross is a famous Mexican singer known for placing third on the first season of La Voz México in 2013,  since then, she has released songs like El Triste, Que Bonito Es Querer and Señora Señora. The singer Carolina Ross was born on September 25, 1995 in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa and she was also well known for her relationship with Ulices Chaidez  but in 2018 they decided to separate from her.

Beginnings in the life of Carolina Ross

Carolina Ross liked music since she was a child and from a very young age she realized that this would be her profession because she could not see herself doing anything else. The now famous singer is the daughter of Héctor Raúl Ross Tena and Luz María Cuen Millan who have always been there with her to support her and give her all of her unconditional love and affection.

Her beginnings on television were in the emblematic children’s program called “Código Fama” which was looking for the new child star of the moment but she failed to stand out in that television format. She did not give up and her extraordinary talent as a singer led Carolina to catch the attention of Cima Music Group, which she later joined.

To give her career as a singer a boost, Carolina Ross opened a YouTube channel in which she began to cover her favorite songs and famous artists, including Ricky Martin and international ones like Sia, as well as regional Mexican songs at the rhythm of pop and with piano, where hits by Christian Nodal , La Adictiva and Banda MS made her take her place, and today she leaves her own mark through her “Buena señal”.

Then, in 2013  Carolina Ross was part of the participants of the singing program  La Voz and obtained the third position, but not winning did not discourage her and she continued to forge a solid career for years to come.

“Buena señal”, was the title of her debut short-duration album (EP) with which Carolina Ross launched into the real and professional world of music after participating in the television reality show, it was an album with which she longed for to conquer her audience beyond digital platforms but that she did not achieve much because she did not obtain the results that she herself expected. For Carolina Ross, music is her life , because it is what has accompanied her throughout her growth and also, it is the best company. “Music for me is everything. It’s a showcase, when I sing I feel completely happy and free. A day without singing makes me very sad.”

Until now, Carolina Ross has become one of the most important Latin singers in all of Mexico and some of her songs have become very famous over the years.

In July 2019, he released his album “Never let me go” , which included the great success “Qué bueno que fuiste tú”, with lyrics by Horacio Palencia and “Nadie como tú” , in collaboration with the Cuban  Ovi . With her overwhelming voice and her heartfelt lyrics, she has amassed a huge following on social media crowning her as one of the most beloved singers in the country.

In 2021 Carolina Ross decided to pay tribute to the famous singer Lupita D’Alessio . The artist remarked that La leona Dormida was an inspiration for her since she was little and that is why she did not hesitate to make an album with the best songs of D’Alessio.

After the successful album dedicated to Lupita D’Alessio, in the 2021 festivities Carolina Ross decided to release a Christmas album that she titled “Christmas with Mariachi ” and in which, as expected, she included the most representative songs of the December dates such as “Santa Claus Came to Town, White Christmas, Silent Night”, among many more.
