Víctor Manuel Civeira Sánchez, better known in the world of entertainment only as Víctor Civeira , was born on June 24 of AÑO in Mérida, Yucatán. It is our knowledge that from an early age he showed interest in the world of the seventh art, theater and television, which led him to do a Diploma in XEW Broadcasting and Conducting in 1986., and we must not forget that It was the same way in this year of 1986 when he began to study at the School of Theater Art of Fine Arts Mexico. A short time later, in 1988 and until 1990 he would study at the Manolo Fábregas Theater Center.

Víctor Civeira ‘s artistic career began in the 1990s, when in 1992 he became part of the group known as “method actors”. In 1994, he participated in the film known as La hija del Puma, which was a co-production between the countries of Denmark, Sweden and Mexico, working under the direction of director Ulf Hultberg and Asa Faringer.

A short time later, in 1996, Víctor Civeira  reappeared on the big screen with the film called Some Clouds. While for the year of 1998 we could enjoy his performance in the film that became known under the title of The Life of Isamu Noguchi. From then on, the doors of the path to success would be opened for him with productions authored by him, such as Cyrano de Bergerar, where he was in charge of the interpretation of the protagonist, which earned him several awards and very good critics.

Víctor Civeira unveiled the play inscribed in the genre of musicals that was written by himself, to which he gave the title of And where are the monsters? , for which he received the Best Musical Actor Award for the second time; Later he did a duet with the actor Francisco de la O in the play known as Ella, in which he worked under the direction of director Odiseo Bichir.

Already in the first decade of the 21st century we have news of its appearance on the small screen with the productions that were known under the names of: Se busca un hombre (2007-2008), Pobre Rico Pobre (2008-2009), Cachito de mi corazón (2009), with the character of El Gallo, where Víctor Civeira  also stood out as a melodrama writer, and Vidas Robadas (2009-2012) where he was in charge of the interpretation of the character of Filiberto, and also stood out as a writer of the soap opera in its original idea.

It was in this same year that Víctor Civeira  presented an excellent monologue that was based on the well-known Moby Dick novel, for which he received the prize from the Association of Theater Journalists (APT) for the best monologue of that year. Later, in 2012, Víctor Civeira  made his appearance with the famous character of Comandante Romero in the telenovela known under the title La Mujer de Judas. While the following year, in 2013 he was a writer and screenwriter for the television series inscribed in the comedy genre and known by the name of Man you had to be. In the same way, we are aware that around this time he became the voice that narrated several programs on the Discovery Channel.

Between 2017 and 2018,  Víctor Civeira added to his artistic career the productions that were known under the names of: Beauty and the Beasts (where he was in charge of the interpretation of the leading character of Ricardo Morales), Paquita, and Without Fear of la verdad (in which he was in charge of interpreting the character of Chicho, one of the protagonists), working on this latest production under the direction of directors Julio César Estrada and Jacobo Fontana.

In mid-2021,  Si nos dejan is a Mexican telenovela produced by W Studios together with Lemon Studios for Televisa in 2021, being a new version of the novel created by TV Azteca in 1997 and titled “Mirada de mujer” . The telenovela “Si nos dejan” starred Mayrín Villanueva , Marcus Ornellas and Alexis Ayala , along with Scarlet Gruberas the main antagonist and told the story of a woman entering her old age who realizes that she is not as happy as she thought despite having money and an apparently happy family, as if that were not enough, she meets a man younger than her with whom he begins a relationship that will unleash a great confrontation with his entire family. In the novel ” If they let us ” the actor Víctor Civeira played Ángel “El diablo”.

In the telenovela ” If they leave us ” Víctor Civeira  also shared credits with other great stars and acting figures such as; Susana Dosamantes , Gaby Spanic , Isabel Burr , Carlos Said , Isidora Vives , Álex Perea , Lore Graniewicz , Orlando Santana , Mónica Dionne , Gabriela Carrillo , Ramiro Tomasini , Ara Saldivar, among others; and although it achieved good audience levels, they were not compared to the phenomenon that was “Mirada de Mujer” which even had a sequel, although without much success.
