Rodrigo Romeh also revealed part of his preparation before entering the competition, for which he must practically reach dehydration in order to lose the greatest amount of fat: “Three months before each competition is when the strong part begins. Then a month before I lower the amount of carbohydrates and I begin to have dehydration with natural diuretics, we begin to dry out the body, up to a week before another strong stage begins and at the end, 24 hours before we remove the water and there is only a consumption of wine to maintain ourselves, in order to reach between 6 and 5% fat, literally the skin is attached to the body, you can see the muscle fibers ”, he explains.

As if that were not enough , Rodrigo Romeh commented that at the beginning he had financial problems because everything he spent to have that body was enough and he invested a lot, now he has been able to recover everything with his consultancies that he sells online;  “I have invested time, money and effort. The sponsorship has been from my bag, because they are large amounts of food. There is a lot of investment and that must be maintained. Right now the sponsorships have emerged, which is where the athlete can live and now if he comes to reap the fruits.”

But not everything would be good news for the influencer because a scandal would come in the life of Rodrigo Romeh when it was said that he was selling hugs on the street? Rodrigo Romeh, when he began to become more famous, was harshly criticized when he decided to go out on the streets to sell hugs and photos because of his imposing and attractive physique. Many assured that he only wanted to display his body and the video made no sense. His proposal consisted of posing with anyone who wanted to take a photo with him, and charging $20 per photo, which would be donated to buy nutritious food.

In the face of criticism  , Rodrigo Romeh decided to ignore it and continued to do these dynamics because he did it for a good cause, although he did respond with the following message: “My intention was to raise awareness and generate empathy with people who are on the streets, and demonstrate that we can change Mexico and the world with our small daily actions,” the boy wrote on his Facebook account.

In April 2021 Rodrigo Romeh arrived in the lands of Exatlón Estados Unidos , to win another victory in his successful career within the red team and to show that his body was not only something physical but also had the strength and dedication to face the strong challenges of the sports program. Sadly Rodrigo Romeh only a few weeks later was eliminated by Rafael Soriano from the competition, however Rodrigo in his farewell words assured that it had been a program that had put his feet on the ground and he had received a slap of humility.
