Edwin Raul Sandoval de la Torre is the full name of Raúl Sandoval who came into the world on January 5, 1979 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. His parents are Ana Berta Araceli Tapia de la Torre and Raúl Alfonso Sandoval Dorame.

His artistic career began back in 2002, when the opportunity to participate in the TV Azteca reality show known as La Academia came into his life , which gave him the opportunity to demonstrate to the entire country and the world his natural talent and dedicate himself to the vocation he has felt for the world of entertainment since he was little. He grew up in a family in which he was taught to always be honest, and to work and be disciplined to embark on the path of his dreams.
