Raquel Garza was born on April 28, 1967 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, she studied at the Andrés Soler Institute. His father was a prominent athlete, who at the time received the recognitions of Mr. Mexico, Mr. Latin America, and Mr. Universe in 1979, his mother for her part, had a life dedicated to commerce, but loves music and instructed her in this matter. In this regard, Raquel Garza came to comment that her mother loved to listen to Silvio Rodríguez and Mercedes Sosa; She has a brother, and a sister who is two years younger than her, while also having a half-sister from her father.
