Omar Germenos Arrioja, better known in show business as simply Omar Germenos , was born on June 17, 1968 in Mexico City. It is our knowledge that he has an older brother and a younger sister, and that since childhood he was attracted to the world of acting, but also modeling and driving.

It is considered that his artistic career began when Omar Germenos  began to participate as a model in various campaigns and music videos, the same participations that he interspersed with attending school when he was around 15 years old.

Later he would enter the university to study Industrial Design, but he quickly changed his mind and Omar Germenos  entered to study Communications. We must point out that during these university years he did not stop participating in advertising campaigns, which raised him to fame in the modeling world.

After reaching the middle of his university career, Omar Germenos  decided to leave his studies to open a designer clothing store with a friend, where he undoubtedly gained a lot of experience and knowledge of the world of fashion. We have to say that this shop did not get very far and had to close, however this did not discourage Omar Germenos , who instead decided to sell fabric to make personalized suits for men, which would lead him to stand out as a tailor.

At this time in his life, he continued to appear in advertising campaigns, and although he has confessed that until then he had not thought about dedicating himself to acting, when several opportunities opened up before him,  Omar Germenos made the decision to enter the Center for Artistic Studies (CEA ) from Televisa . It would be during these years in which he was studying acting when he would receive the call to participate in the original Telemundo television program known by the name of Hollywood DF , where he was the host.

Soon after, TV Azteca would call him to participate in the telenovela I will stop loving you, being one of his first great opportunities on television, even  Omar Germenos  managed to be one of the few actors who at that time was working for TV Azteca as for Televisa without being banned, and also working in his tailoring business, an art that complemented his artistic career, since he was so nationally recognized that he dedicated himself to designing men’s costumes for TV Azteca soap operas. It would be in this same year when we could see him act in the melodrama productions that became known by the names of Marisol (from 1996, where he played the character of a doctor), Mrs.(from 1998, where he gave life to the character of Javier) and Rivales by accident (from 1997, where he played the character of Horacio).

Due to the great momentum that his acting career was having, the Univision network noticed him and hired him to star in one of the most famous programs of that time known as El Bla Blazo . We must point out that his participation in this program created a lot of fame and recognition among the Spanish-speaking population in the United States, and as a consequence of this, other derivative versions of this program were made: El Gran Blablazo and El Súper Blablazo , these programs They were broadcast from 1998 to 2001, later Omar Germenos  would be part of the team of conductors of the program called Despierta América between 2001 and 2002.

In 2002 Omar Germenos would  participate as part of the cast of the soap opera known as La duda , in which he played the character of Gabriel. Two years later, in 2004 we could see him in the production called Belinda , in Villa María where Omar Germenos  gave life to the character of Ricardo.
