Who is Juan Vidal?

Juan Salvador Vidal Gil ,  better known only as Juan Vidal, is a model actor of Mexican series and soap operas who has stood out in the middle of the show for his participation in Vino el amor, My husband has a family, La piloto II and Soltero y con hijas . The actor Juan Vidal was born on February 12, 1977 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and is also known for having participated in the controversial show Solo para mujeres.

Juan Salvador Vidal Gil, better known as Juan Vidal , was born on the date of February 12, 1977 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. It is considered that the beginnings of his artistic career occurred when, being a model, he made the decision to study acting, being in New York City. Soon after, he was invited to Televisa’s Artistic Education Center (CEA) in Mexico. 

This is how in the decade of the 1990s Juan Vidal  stood out in the world of entertainment by being recognized with the awards of: Modelo República Dominicana in 1995, Soltero más cotizado in 1996 and Mr. Mundo República Dominicana of the same year.

A short time later, in the year 2000, we saw  Juan Vidal in the play known as Equus , where he was in charge of giving life to the character of Nugget. While in the field of television, he was part of the cast of Strip Mall as Fernando, and Favor and Family with the character of Tony. 

The following year, in 2001,  Juan Vidal gave life to the character of Federico in the soap opera called Como en el cine . While in 2002 he played Roberto in Cuatro Equis .

Subsequently,  Juan Vidal in 2010 played the character of Alberto Morán Colombo in the soap opera that became known as La loba . A little later, in 2012, Juan Vidal  gave life to Leoncio Manzur in La mujer de Judas . While for 2013 he was in charge of the interpretation of Germán Aguirre De Alba in Destino .

Soon after, in 2014 we saw Juan Vidal  in Las Bravo with the character of Secundino “Adonis” Godínez. We cannot ignore the fact that it was in that same year that he won the 2014 Palme d’Or Award in the category of “outstanding actor” thanks to his excellent performance in the Las Bravo telenovela . Already in the middle of 2015, he joined the cast of Tanto amor , in charge of the interpretation of Rafael Lombardo. Shortly after, in 2016, he made his appearance in the melodrama called Vino el amor with the character of Brian Gutiérrez.
