José Luis Franco was born on July 31 in Mexico City. We are aware that from an early age he showed an interest in the world of art, while later in his life he studied Literature, Drama and Theater at the prestigious National Autonomous University of Mexico; Dramatic Art at the University Theater Center (CUT) and Acting Improvement at Actor’s Studio in New York City, United States.

It is considered that the beginnings of his artistic career occurred back in 1993, when José Luis Franco became part of the cast of El vuelo del águila, where he was in charge of the interpretation of the character called Barón de Cismandia. We cannot ignore the fact that it was in that same year that he appeared in El peñón del amaranto with the character of Felipe Montero.
