4 months after he announced his departure from CD9, Jos Canela would release his first single as a soloist to the public, which was entitled “Dime tú” , whose premiere was approved by thousands of fans who accepted his new musical proposal although they continued to miss him in the group.

In addition to the musical theme “Tell me you”, in mid-2021 he released the video clip of the song that was named ” Lento “, about which Jos Canela commented that it was a very personal song that he composed alongside two close friends ;“It is a letter that talks about that moment, when you are with a special person and you feel that time slows down, as if time stopped. The inspiration was from that moment when you are with a special person. I think that we all have that figure, be it a family member, a friend, or a (sentimental) relationship, but speaking of that specific moment of being with her, you feel that time does not pass, that it slows down, that it stops, from from there the lyrics were born and the result is very good, I am happy that people can listen to it after five months from my first song as a soloist”.
