Although Iker García had already had opportunities in television commercials and other productions, without a doubt his great acting debut took place in the telenovela “Vencer el desamor” in which, at only 8 years of age, he saw the birth of an acting star such as Iker García.
In July 2020, the telenovela “Vencer el desamor” was announced after a four-month delay in recordings due to the coronavirus pandemic that hit Mexico in the middle of the year. About his character in “Vencer el desamor” the actor Iker García commented; “Interpreting a character like Tadeo is a great challenge, to begin with. I really like to give an image to other people who have this condition”; although he also recognized that the working hours were long; “It is very difficult because it is going to recordings from 8 in the morning to 10 at night and it’s very difficult”.
Another of the telenovelas in which Iker García appeared as part of the star cast was in the melodrama entitled “Amor Dividido” , released at the beginning of 2022 and produced by Angelli Nesma Medina for Televisa.
