Helen Ochoa has commented that three years before that mental collapse she had already suffered from depression but little by little she was getting ahead, music being what made her feel alive again and was undoubtedly her best therapy; That is how she decided to cover the song “Víveme” by Laura Pausini as a gift for overcoming depression.
