Arturo Barba is a famous direct and Mexican actor of series and novels who has stood out in a large number of important television projects such as “Dark Desire, ControlZ, Amar a muerte, Luis Miguel the series, Beauty and the beasts, The pilot, Lo unforgivable, The rich also cry” , among many more. Actor Arturo Barba was born on May 21, 1973 in Mexico City and also has a successful career as a producer.

Beginnings in the life of Arturo Barba

Arturo Barba came into the world on the date of May 21, 1973 in Mexico City. We are aware that from an early age he showed interest in the world of acting, that’s how when the time came for him to study at the Televisa Center for Artistic Education (CEA).

It is considered that the beginnings of his artistic career occurred back in the year 1992, when he made his debut on the big screen with the film known under the title Last night I dreamed of you. A little later, in 1995, we saw him in the film called La revancha, where he was in charge of playing the character of Pancho.

Later, in 1998, it is our knowledge that the actor Arturo Barba became part of the cast of the telenovela known under the title Una luz en el camino, in which he was in charge of interpreting the Henry’s character. While the following year, in 1999, we saw him in the small screen production entitled El niño que vino del mar where he was sharing credits with stars such as  Natalia Esperón ,  Manuel Landeta ,  Luz Elena González , among others.

A little later, in 2013, Arturo Barba  participated in the plays called Razones para ser bonita and Los corderos (he was the producer of the latter). On the big screen we were able to enjoy his performance in the film called El palacio de las flores with the character of Luis. While on the small screen we saw him become part of the cast of the famous television series known as El señor de los cielos, where he was until 2014 with the character Ali Benjumea alias “El Turco”. and sharing the cast with other great stars such as  Rafael Amaya ,  Marlene Favela ,  Eduardo Santamarina , among others. 

Already in the middle of the year 2014, we are aware that Arturo Barba  became part of the cast of the famous television series called Señora Acero with the character of Julio Rafael Acero Benítez. In the theater he was participating in the play Bajo reserva; and on the big screen he made his appearance with the film known as Mauricio Valverde with the title of Asteroid.

The following year, in 2015, we saw him as Arturo in the big screen movie called Knowing what to do with me. We cannot forget that he was also in Plato para dos as Ernesto; In addition to that he also made an appearance in the movie What a pity your life as Lorena’s ex. It was in that same year that  Arturo Barba was nominated at the Tu Mundo Awards in the category of “best supporting actor – series” thanks to his excellent performance in Señora Acero. While on the small screen, we were able to enjoy his performance in The Unforgivable with the character of Clemente Martínez. We must not forget that he made an appearance on the television program known as Camino de estupedeces.

The following year, in 2016, we saw him as Francesco in the film called Rumbos paralleles. A little later, in 2017, the actor  Arturo Barba  gave life to Zeki Yilmaz in the television series entitled La piloto. It was in that year that he appeared in the film called The Patriarch as Bill. We cannot ignore the fact that in that same year we were able to enjoy his performance in the mini television series known as Gigantes de México as Emilio Azcárraga Milmo. While already in 2018, we saw it in Luis Miguel: the series with the same character who is also known as “El Tigre Azcárraga”. In the same way we must point out that he was in the telenovela known as La bella y las bestias with the character of Emanuel Espitia. Besides thatArturo Barba  joined the cast of the soap opera called Amar a muerte, where he was until 2019 with the characters Beltrán Camacho and Macario “El Chino” Valdés.

Already in the middle of the year 2019 Arturo Barba turned out to be a winner at the TVyNovelas Awards with the category of “best co-star actor” thanks to his excellent performance in Amar a muerte where he shared credits with other acting stars such as  Angelique Boyer ,  Bárbara López ,  Gonzalo Peña , among others. 

In the artistic career of the actor Arturo Barba , being of our knowledge that during the past year 2020 he made his appearance as part of the cast of the famous series known as Control Z, in which he was in charge of giving life to Sofía’s father . While in the present year 2021 he has been in the movie called El Mesero.

With a career full of many successes in soap operas and series, in February 2022 the remake of the successful 1979 soap opera “Los ricos tambien lloran” premiered as part of the Dream Factory franchise in which Televisa was redoing the most classic novels of its history. In the series-novel “The rich also cry” 2022 the actor Arturo Barba played Víctor Millan , having one of the key characters in this melodrama that also featured other great acting figures such as  Alejandra Barros , Mario Morán ,  Luis Gatica , among others.

Regarding the love life of the actor Arturo Barba, in 2010 it was revealed that he had a love relationship with the also actress Ana Serradilla ; whom he met in the play called Eurydice. In this regard, the actress said at the time about her romance that: “Love is going very well, we’ve been here for almost six months, it’s little but I’m happy… There are no plans to live together or to get married just to be happy, to live the time and getting to know each other more, time will tell.”

Since then, no other official couple has been known to the actor Arturo Barba , since he has preferred that his private life be kept, thus, away from the spotlight and that he can live his intimate love life completely in peace.
