After these words, Addis Tuñón explained that previously, the four involved had already faced restraint orders from the authorities to which they had not wanted to pay attention, he also stated that one of his main sources of affirmation for such information was that It had been confirmed by the same legal team of Dr. Juan José Duque.

It was this last statement that sparked the anger of the Argentine journalist Javier Ceriani, who through the Chisme No Like! He unloaded all his anger against Addis Tuñón and the members of the First Hand program, which is how he stated that he had every intention of “denying all the slander and lies that are always being promoted in that program”, to which he added: “All this It has caused two important witnesses of our investigation to be afraid because of your comment, because Javier Ceriani said within Grupo Imagen and of that program presided over by that man who is out of control and altered… from there the witnesses we had are being obstructed, now they don’t want to talk and are afraid because of Addis Tunñón.

Later, he said that what Addis Tuñón had done was classified as “obstruction of the journalistic investigation”, and demanded that Addis Tuñón apologize publicly: “If they do not ask him tomorrow to apologize and retract the fact that I was not notified, what I have nothing to do with extortion and I have nothing to do with restriction and that you cannot censor a journalist in the United States, Grupo Imagen is going to get into serious trouble, because it is from one information platform to another information, where the word censorship plays.”
