Tokischa Altagracia Peralta better known only as  Tokischa is a famous Dominican singer exponent of the trap and reggaeton genre who has managed to stand out in music with great hits such as “Linda, Singamo, I am a P, I am not going to bed, Perra, Desacato escolar , Love and money”, among many more. The singer  Tokischa was born on March 17, 1996 in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and she is currently considered one of the best singers in her entire country.

Beginnings in the life of Tokischa

Tokischa Altagracia Peralta, better known in the world of musical entertainment only as Tokischa , was born on the date of March 17, 1996 in Los Frailes, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. From an early age, she has been characterized as a very creative person, who is not afraid to express what she thinks, however crazy that may be. For a while she was also known by the name of María Juana, because she smoked a lot.

Her childhood and part of her adolescence were spent in Los Frailes, surrounded by her family and friends, spending pleasant sunny afternoons on the beach, where, in addition to enjoying beautiful views, she used to sail in a small boat. When the now famous Tokischa  was in school, she was not very well accepted due to her outgoing personality, so for a time in her life she suffered from bullying, being that the only subject she liked it was english. She tokischa  witnessed a lot of violence in her family environment, and in her family, which is why she believes that in her adolescence she was very aggressive towards friends, partners and some relatives.

The singer Tokischa  confessed in a recent interview that she did not like being under the guardianship of her parents so she got out of her face and stopped working but without realizing she had to work on the streets selling her body , that’s how she commented that part of your life; “Being with a person you don’t like and like is frustrating. After she had sex with him, she would go into the bathroom to take a shower, crying, frustrated. At first she spent the money on drugs, then on music.”

It was at the age of 10 that Tokischa showed his interest in the world of music. He then he studied dance and theater. Later, when she was 16 years old, she worked for a time as a professional model, and was in a company’s call center for a year because she needed money to survive.

It was in 2018 when Tokischa debuted in the musical world with the song known as “Pícala”, in collaboration with the Dominican singer Tivi Gunz. It is our knowledge that the video for this topic managed to reach one million views in just one week of its premiere. For the month of November of the same year, he released “Que viva” in collaboration with Químico Ultra Mega. In the same way that we have to mention that she was present at the Trap Festival in the Dominican Republic.

In Tokischa ‘s artistic career , great success would come in music during the past year 2020 as he presented the song “Varón” which was a great success for his career; while in the month of February she had a collaboration with Jinchoo on the single “Love & Money”. For the month of October he released the song “Desacato escolar” together with Yomel El Meloso. In November she released the single “Hoy amanecí” in collaboration with Tivi Gunz. This is how in the month of December he published the song “El rey de la popola” together with Rochy RD , which was a success on the Tik Tok social network.
