Luis Carlos Sánchez González , better known as Sargento Rap, is a famous singer who is an exponent of the Rap genre , as well as being a participant in Resistiré and Survivor México 2021. Luis Carlos Sánchez González, who we know better under the stage name of Sergeant Rap in the world of entertainment, was born on January 5, 1991 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. When he was 4 years old, he was enrolled in the sport of tae kwon do, an activity that undoubtedly helped him to form his disciplined and competitive character, which in his opinion is essential in any activity to undertake and continue on the path to success. fame and success.

From his childhood he showed interest and ability in the art of rhyming. In this regard, Sergeant Rap tells us that when he was about 9 years old, he got hold of some cassettes and records that he got from a party held at his school; when he got home he played them and it turned out that there was as much rap material in the Spanish language as in English. It was from that day on when Sargento Rap was enchanted with the rhythms of rap and hip hop, and over time he imitated what he heard on records.

In 2010 Sargento Rap  released the album known as Waiting for what comes , which was based on a sentimental partner he had, and the situation he lived with her and her family. In this regard, Sargento Rap tells us that the songs were “too personal” and that he was surprised and pleased by the good reception they received from the public. On this particular album we can witness that Sargento Rap was going through a period of his life in which he did not know what the future held for him or what would happen to him, his love relationship and his music.

The following year, in 2011, Sargento Rap  released the album known as En 7 días, what we know about this album was that its production lasted the exact period of 7 days, and that it is the second part of what what happened in the life of Sargento Rap expressed in the previous album called Waiting for what comes. We can be aware that Sargetnorap continued with his partner, and had another great love for music.

In 2012 Sargento Rap  released his album Crudo, claro y sane to the public, where the singer stated that a moment had come in his life in which he had to put his cards on the table, have everything clear, and express what that he felt without caring about the reaction of others.

During the following year, in 2013, Sargento Rap  published the album known as It’s not for you, it’s for me , in which the artist confesses that he expressed the same emotions, but in a different way, since now he saw everything in a different way. Sergeant Rap made every effort to get away from the emotional abyss in which he found himself, and after making this decisive decision, things in his life began to improve.

In 2014, he released the album Dos antojos de un hambre, in which Sargento Rap tried to mix rap with MMA. We are aware that in this period of his life (which spans from the end of 2013), the artist got closer to God, and took on the mission that his music would help people as it helped him.

The following year, in 2015, Sargento Rap  would publish Lesión en terapi,  which  was based on his experiences with MMA in the United States, where he received a severe injury to his left shoulder, which caused him to return to Monterrey to be treated. Regarding this moment in his life, Sargento Rap states that he felt he was going crazy due to inactivity, and after a year of being away from the musical world, he returned fresh and with new ideas.

Since 2017 Sargento Rap  has been very active in the musical world again, this is how we know that he published the album Alerta Amber this year. In 2019 he published Just In Case, Bulldog and In Cold Blood and a year later he released the album Hijo Mío; while in the present and later Magic Honey.

Although Sargento Rap was already well known for his music, one of the projects that gave him the most projection was when he appeared on the famous MTV program Resistiré , a reality show where a group of people are abandoned to try to survive in extreme and precarious situations. . The Resistiré program where Sargento Rap participated began in February 2019 and after several days of competition, the famous rapper became the thirteenth place in the reality show after being eliminated near the grand finale. In this program “Resistiré” Sargento Rap shared credits with other great television stars such as  Manelyk , Ignacia Michelson ,Eleazar Gomez , Facundo , among others.

After the success of the first season, which earned the acceptance of many viewers, Survivor Mexico returned in 2021 with a new version where, unlike the first season, it would be “famous” who would be participating in this TV Azteca reality show, experiencing lack of food, great tests and above all trying to survive extreme and precarious situations; Sergeant Rap was a participant in Survivor Mexico 2021.

From the first week the Survivor program reached very good audience levels, even surpassing the first season , as if that were not enough, the program that competed with it on Televisa “Inframundo” was canceled just two weeks after its premiere due to the failure that resulted.
