Beginnings in the life of Nicky Jam

Nick Rivera Caminero, better known in the world of musical entertainment under the stage name of Nicky Jam , was born on the date of March 17, 1981 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States. We are aware that his father is of Puerto Rican origin, while his mother is of Dominican origin.

From an early age Nicky Jam  showed interest in the world of music, when he began to rap. A little later in his life, when he was 10 years old, his father decided to go with his family to the town of Cataño, in Puerto Rico; So Nick, to help his family financially, went to work in a supermarket as a packer.

A short time later, when he was 14 years old, he was noticed by the wife of the executive director of an independent record company in Puerto Rico, who took him before the director and when he saw Nicky Jam ‘s natural talent  for rapping, he was delighted. This is how he signed his first recording contract, thus beginning to venture into the world of music.

A short time later, in 2017, Nicky Jam  released the album known as Fénix, while collaborating on the film called x X x: Return of Xander Cage, which was his debut on the big screen. We cannot ignore his appearance on the small screen with the telenovela titled Guerra de idolos.
