Julio Mannino Pichardo was born on the date of September 20, 1969 in Toluca, State of Mexico, Mexico. His parents are Giulio Mannino Bruno, of Italian origin, and Alicia Pichardo Martínez, of Mexican nationality. Regarding his family life, it is our knowledge that he has two siblings who go by the names of Angelo and Filipina.

Julio Mannino  has also reflected that in the early years of his youth how difficult it was for him to survive: “I did not know what life was, I did not know that I had to work to buy bread, until I came to a utility room that Rosamaría Bianchi got me; My refrigerator used to be a bucket of water, but to date I can say that I work when I want, when I like, and that for me is full and wonderful.”
