Azela Jacqueline Robinson Cañedo , better known only as Azela Robinson, is a famous British actress of Mexican series and soap operas who, thanks to her extensive experience and talent, has excelled in projects such as Cuna de Lobos, Como tú no hay dos, Falsa identidad and La Desalmada. Azela Robinson was born on August 26, 1965 in London, England, but it was in Mexico that her acting career truly took off.

Azela Jaqueline Robinson Cañedo, better known in show business only as Azela Robinson , was born on August 26, 1965 in London, England. Her mother, named Nadja Cañedo, came from Mexico, and her father, Alan Robinson, was from England. Since she was a child, she showed interest in the world of entertainment and that is how she prepared herself professionally to venture into acting, training professionally as an actress at the school known as Bristol Old Vic Theater School, in the city of Bristol, United Kingdom. back in the year 1980.

Later, between the years of 1982 and 1983, Azela Robinson  was a student in different courses at the National Theater in London; when she was able to support herself she made the decision to move to Mexico City. In a recent interview she talked about how she realized that she wanted to be an actress; “Since I was a child, I was. I loved to torture the whole family with my plays. We had, my cousins ​​and I, changing rooms of all kinds. I wrote, directed, and, of course, always acted”, as if that were not enough, she mentioned how she came to Televisa; “I accompanied a friend to leave her material for a video cosmos program, Lilia Aragón saw me and introduced me to Gerard Hullier, who directed me in a visualization of poems by Margarita Michelena on Televisa Sevilla. Then, I don’t know how a photo (of me) got to Eugenio Cobo’s office, that he called me for 20 episodes of “La Última Esperanza”.
